How to disable automatic Startup Options on Mac?

1 - Normally will not Auto Launch unless the user has closed the Lid and Opened the Lid again. The it will Auto Launch / Boot Up.

2 - A Key on the keyboard has been touched after the computer has been Properly Shutdown and the LID was Left Up / Open

The Hard Way.

Restart in Recovery Mode and choose Reinstall macOS.

This in theory will pull the latest version of Monterey available and commence the installation.

Maybe the keyboard is broken and it thinks the key is being held down.

Normally, it will startup in this mode IF you HOLD the Touch ID / Power Button for a long time or continually

A single press will normally only startup in Normal Mode

Any resolution to this? I'm still experiencing the issue...
