Why cant I chat/use my keyboard? (On IPad)

Guys I wanna ask , why can’t I use my keyboard? Like example ; Roblox , Amongus , SETTINGS?,and the other things that you need to talk type . I only can use this on safari , And my IPad is like scaring me example; My Ipad been really weird these days , let’s say Im trying to watch YouTube , I click the video that I wanna watch after seconds it just freezes or kicks me out YouTube this happens on settings and every other things??. To be honest I’m a bit obsessed whit my IPad so If something bad happens I’ll literally just die. (Jk but I’ll be really sad.)
