Apple music won’t play I have downloaded Apple Music to listen offline. I seem to be able to only listen to a few downloads (17 today) and no other songs will play. They are all downloaded, I double checked. I also attempted to listen to these while connected to the internet and my playlists would not load up. Any help please

Why does Apple Music still try to use the internet to play music downloaded? I downloaded the entire playlist and it always fails to play songs that are downloaded when my cell data is low strength.
