I have been hacked for 3 months. Nothing i do frees me from then. Apple, verizon. No one has an answer or seems to be willing to help. What do i do?

All of my devices have been hacked by someone who is using my Mac email address that I have never used before. Including my android, desktop and iPhone devices are all compromised with google data storage as well.
can you I get my data back from my accounts without having to pay for his services in order to access my accounts again?
