how to migrate stickies to new imac

since macOS Catalina StickiesDatabase is automatically migrated by the operating system:

Finder>Go>GoTo Folder, copy and paste:

~/Library/Containers/Stickies/Data/Library/

The StickiesDatabase is automatically converted when upgrading to macOS Catalina, or on a later version of macOS by launching the Stickies app. The StickiesDatabase digest remains, but the individual stickies are extracted into separate RTFD packages in /Users/username/Library/Containers/Stickies/Data/Library/Stickies folder.
