Unexpected "Lockdown Mode blocked Focus Sharing" notice

After a well constructed, plausible scam iMessage, I noticed that I had a Notification Center notice: "Your Focus won't be shared with other people when in Lockdown Mode". I have all such Focus options turned off including in Messages. I do have Lockdown Mode enabled because of numerous previous hack attempts. Is there a back door/bug in iMessage that someone was trying to exploit? IOS 16.6 iPhone SE2

Very unsatisfactory that the Apple website to transmit screen shots to does not work when Lockdown is on when I tried to report this.

Very suspicious- When I did an emergency reset of sharing this came up: ""Unable to Gather "Home" Sharing Information, A problem occurred when attempting to gather sharing information""
