I can’t make outgoing calls on my iPhone 13 Pro. “Call Failed”

When making outgoing calls, I receive a Call Failed message and the call does not go through. Also, successful calls are dropping.

Hello, I am using an iPhone 11. I had this issue, and was unable to make outgoing calls on my Physical SIM (calls were failing). All other services were fine, including incoming calls, messages, and data.

Had to switch off "Call on other devices" in settings > phone > call on other devices.
