2021 MacBook Pro 14" screen issue

hi guys I purchased a brand new MacBook Pro 14" last October, so it's currently still in warranty, it's been running great no issues until today, so I'm a mobile dj (but don't use the Mac for many gigs), so I booted the Mac up this morning no issues, left it updating my music files to my playout controller, went back around 30 mins later and there was a black vertical line on the screen roughly a 3rd of the way across and around 5ish mm wide, re-started the Mac twice and it was still there, so I decided to look up issues online, powered it up on battery, never did anything and the line disappeared. it's never been dropped or knocked and is transported in a padded flight case. so I'm guessing my next one is to get apple to check it out under warranty? any ideas what could be causing this?

had it on test all afternoon and it was fine, I shut down the software I was running, walked away 5 mins later screen was blank, the laptop was still on and when I plugged into an external display the external screen worked (laptop stayed blank) now when I boot it up I just see a very dim/blurred apple logo, it's booked in for next week for repair.

so took it to apple yesterday, the fault appeared when they booted it up (blurred/black screen) then as I was talking to the Genius Bar guy it came back on, he closed the lid and reopened it and same issue, so they are going to revive the software, then put it on test for 48 hours. possible cause could be the lid angle sensor as that would give the symptoms I'm having, if it fails it's 48 hour testing then it's being sent off for a new screen. all under warranty.
