All of a sudden my Nixplay app on my phone will not download new photos from my phone. It tells me to go to SETTINGS>NIXPLAY>PHOTOS and then to select “all photos.” The problem is, after SETTINGS>NIXPLAY, I do not have the photo option. I have been able to access my photos up until April of this year and I am not sure how to get around the new issue.

Start by deleting the third-party app and re-installing it. When you re-install and launch it, it should ask you if you agree to it using various things, like Photos, Locations, and Notifications. Be sure to authorize "Photos". If that doesn't help, contact the app developer for further assistance.
It's actually much simpler to fix if you just log out of your NixPlay account on the app, then log back in again. At this point you'll be able to set up access to your Photos, including the Camera Roll.
