my Mac can't find latest update (13.5) how is this possible? it say the latest is 13.4.1

Did you see that "allowed by your administrator?" It means that whomever is managing your Mac (corporate or school) is blocking later updates to your Mac. Talk to the administrator about this issue.

MAC OS upgrades instead of full version installs. My MAC is updated to 13.3.1 but doesn't show that 13.4 is available when running the look for update? How do I get this to find the update instead of having to download the full OS everytime?
