MacBook M1 full reset

Is that possible to do a full reset to factory defaults (NVRAM + disk erase and repartitioning) without second macOS on MacBook M1 with Apple Configurator on it, I use it for resetting NVRAM) but only a USB flash drive.

yes. you can follow the steps in Erase your Mac and reset it to factory settings - Apple Support (CA) for an apple silicon Mac.
