Multiple Time Zones on Mac

I've just gotten a new Macbook Air M1, and I'm using it for work. I've been getting notification that our WFM have not been able to see any activity through AktivTrak despite me doing things on my computer. Aktivtrak is installed and set up correctly and they confirmed they see it on their end. So they told me to set the time zone of my computer to local. The problem is if I set it to local time, the tools I'm using for work with my client won't work properly. It will mess up scheduling, booking, and time-related tasks. Is it possible to set secondary time zones on Macbook just like on Windows? I've been looking and I couldn't find if it's possible.
