I need an appointment to have someone take a look at my computer

I'm having trouble to save some files into a hard drive to free space in my computer but it is not allowing me too do it.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.1

Here are a few quick and simple troubleshooting methods you can try:


1)Unplug the hard drive. Plug the hard drive back in. (Its simple but it works)

2)Unplug the hard drive. Turn off your MacBook. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on. The hard drive should appear once plugged back in.

3)Check for updates on your MacBook. Up-to-date software is crucial.


If nothing else works, contact Apple Support.
