iPhone unavailable while being on airplane mode and having no access to wifi

I was traveling alone with my grandma i was forced too. and the day i forgot my passcode i didn't know how it happened but i did. my phone was on airplane mode and the wifi wasn't working good so i turned it off and reset my phone. i tried hours later then my phone is unavailable. how can i get back into it. I will delete my data , photos or whatever i don't care but i do need to get back into it. i tried so many times and i think that apple should let users have access to control center when its unavailable so its easier for a lot of people.
