how do i open a disabled phone from itunes

i cannot open this phone, i would like to reset the whole thing eventually but i cannot get it open

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

Use a Windows PC with iTunes installed. If you don't have that either, take the iPhone to a friend's computer or a store's display model.
