Did you try to force restart? (have to ask that coz its a community meant to provide soulutions) Many iPhone 13 Pro/pro Max users are facing different hardware issues and Apple conveniently ignores all the issues. I paid $1700 for my phone and now they want me to pay $900 for replacement even though my phone is in perfect condition and I didn't do anything that would have caused a hardware malfunction.
