Line in display
Recently I am getting a line in mac but it fades away after some time and it comes back repeatedly
I think its a software issue as there was no visible harm done to hardware

Looks like a graphics card problem to me. Physical problems must be evaluated by Apple hands-on.
Damage doesn't always have to be accompanied by physical distortion of the Mac itself ... parts just wear out and fail. And that can happen regardless of Mac's age.
