How do I stop my I phone 8 from typing my voice when I just want to type myself?

my phone is doin the same but it’s WHEN EVER i am typing. so while searching on google or other sites,or when i am just simply adding a note or sentace somewhere. if ther is ANY talking it types it.

There is a mic icon on the keyboard. It is for speech to text, so just turn it off.

It's possible to press that little microphone button by mistake, if you're holding the phone by the corner. So just be aware of that, and maybe you can avoid pressing it in the first place.
