Отказ в возврате средств

Был пробный (бесплатный) период подписки на приложение, которое я позднее удалил, подписку отменить я забыл и с меня списали средства. Такая ситуация у меня возникает не впервые и до этого всегда деньги возвращали, однако сейчас мне было отказано в возврате. В чем может быть причина, что изменилось с моих прошлых возвратов? Мне абсолютно не нужна эта подписка, я даже давно удалил это приложение.


Повторная аппеляция отказа также не дала результатов.

Deleting an app has no influence over the subscription. If you want to cancel an subscription, then you have to make that cancel action. How to cancel a subscription with payment through Apple - Apple Support


While we can not guess what the reason for the refusal was, but it seems that you have not learned from previous times when this happened; forgetting to cancel in time and then asking refunds over-and-over, per your own admission. Refunds are supposed to be exceptions, because you agreed to the terms that say that all transactions are final.

If you are paying for a subscription service, then cancel that subscription as well. Just deleting the app doesn’t do that.


In principle, all transactions are final; you agreed to that by using the App Store. Apple staff will evaluate any refund request on a case-by-case basis. Some will be approved, some will be rejected. If the purchase was too long ago (several weeks, months), after the app publisher has been paid by Apple, then nothing can be done anymore. While we don’t have insights in the staff’s decision making process, use your common sense on what is reasonable from their point of view.


There is no appeal procedure within this system. Apple staff decision is final, unless a court says differently. Ask your legal advisor for options.
