Shortcuts running in the background notification

I've set up a few shortcut automations lately, for each automation I have 100% turned off "notify when run", but now every day I receive a notification from the Shortcuts app "You have two automations running". These notifications usually come in the middle of the night and push through even when Do Not Disturb is on. There is no notification setting for Shortcuts to disable and this is really annoying. I don't need or want a notification that I have Shortcut Automations enabled and I definitely don't want them in the middle of the night when I have DND enabled. Does anyone know of a way to turn these off?

This is the reason I won’t be using Shortcuts anymore. Apple was so close, but yet again their devs failed.
