Pages can’t download documents over cellular

Pages app won’t download documents when on cellular data. It says “Waiting to download” and is stuck there.

But downloading the documents via Safari and logging into iCloud on the web works fine.

Files app downloads forever I sync a number of files using iCloud Drive between my devices. However, I can’t download any of the files using my iPhone - clicking it to start a download just gives me a loading image with text saying “Waiting”. Have left it for over 6 hours just trying to download a 1MB PDF, but the download doesn’t start. Using cellular data and wifi result in the same issue. Background app refresh has been turned on, and I’m not on low data mode. Haven’t been able to find any solutions - anyone else faces this issue?

Can't save documents in iPhone If I receive a document from a sender either through WhatsApp or another app, I cannot save it to my phone. When I click the icon to save or share, it just hangs unless I close the app. How can I fix it? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Attachments. Won’t load on text or emails. Added new SIM card. Attachments won’t connect on text or email. Phone closes and goes to home page.
