What happens when you try?

Can you post a screenshot of the whole screen, it could reveal why you aren't able to update.

Make sure you:

• Are using a WiFi connection (not a hotspot).

• You have an active cell signal (You need both WiFi and cellular service to perform the upgrade).

• Are not using a VPN connection.

• Have your battery charged at least 50%. Better yet, keep it plugged in during the update.

• Do not have power save mode turned on.

• Do not have a beta version installed.

• You have at least 10 gigs of storage available.

Try installing it through a computer but first make sure you have enough space left on your iPhone to download an update.

Check if you have a reliable internet connection

To download through a computer (Win/Mac)

Follow this article (HT201263)

Put your iPhone in recovery mode

> Turn off the iPhone

> Connect your iPhone to the computer

>On iPhone 6s plus Press and hold both the Home and the top (or side) buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the recovery mode screen. (a computer screen with a cable will show up)

>On your computer (Open finder/iTunes) and hit update

>Wait till it downloads the update

>Boom the latest software for that particular iPhone will be installed !!

follow these and see how it goes and make sure to follow the steps in the article HT201263 WORD FOR WORD. You should be good!

Cheers!!
