Call Logs - Showing WhatsApp, MS Teams and Skype calls aswell

One of the Major Problem I am facing with my iphone 13 pro is that call longs display all kind of calls including Whatsapp Audio/Video, MS Teams and even skype calls aswell.

Need a strong resolution for this, we should have an option to change these settings, not everybody likes seeing combined call logs. I am sure many people might have a problem with this.

please provide me a resolution

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

That’s how the log works. Anything using the phone function will be listed.
