Account deactivated

Ok so I have a bunch of apps that need to update but when I select update I get a notification saying “your account has been deactivated in the App Store and iTunes “ nothing more no instructions on how to fix it, nothing more at all when I go into the App Store or iTunes I don’t see an option to activate or reactivate infact both accounts appear to be active. Can anyone help with this please?!
