Because they require more recent iOS versions on your device (which, as stated by Stedman1, cannot support iOS past 12.5.7, due to hardware, specifically CPU/RAM incompatibility).

Because the iPhone 6 is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

That model can be updated to iOS 12.5.7, no further.
