No apple tv app on LG tv
I have searched my tv and can't find the apple tv app. Have also looked at these threads and the compatible device page seems to lead to an error.

You should be able to download and install the Apple TV app from the on-device LG Content Store. I believe that has a search function, where you can type what service you are looking for.
It would likely not be preinstalled on LG.

That seem to be a 2018 UHD TV ‘UK62 or above’ series, which would be supported.
