Airdrop showing the same name for multiple devices.

My business has had a very bizarre issue that whenever we get onto Airdrop, all the devices that populate will have the same name (It will be my name but if someone else brings it up on their side it will be their name). Additionally, on occasion my device will populate even though several of my colleagues are nearby. We are using a mix of different devices but all within the apple family.

So far, I haven't found anything relating to this issue and any type of basic troubleshooting doesn't yield any different outcome. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
