AirPods Pro blinking white but not connecting

I updated the the latest IOS overnight. This morning, my AirPods Pro would not link to my iPhone. They do not appear in the list of Bluetooth connections.

I have reset them.

However, when I open the case it blinks white but no animation shows on the iPhone. It doesn’t show in Bluetooth.

I have tried the trick of removing and replacing single pods but nothing happens. Any clues/tips/tricks?
