I am fairly new to the Mac OS. My Windows laptops would often keep dropdown menus in Photoshop selected/highlighted, so that you could go through the options with your arrow keys rather than having to reopen the dropdown just to click the next option. Is there a way to mimic this behavior on a Macbook Pro?
My use case is specific to Photoshop, but I figured it was a function of the Mac operating system not Photoshop. I doubt Adobe would specifically engineer Photoshop to keep the selection in Windows, but let it go on Mac. You may still be right but perhaps others have some more insight. I can't for the life of me locate another website or anything right now with a functioning dropdown so that I can test this out on other things and see if it's specific to Photoshop or if it's universal to using a Mac haha.
That would be a function of Photoshop for Macs. You would have to contact Adobe.
Mac menus do not stay open once something is selected. I mentioned Adobe because since it's contrary to how macOS works, it's something they would have to implement themselves.
