when powered on I get the + and - symbols flashing, I’ve tried the reset process many times where you power on wait about 10 seconds hold your finger in the middle to it circles red but Carrie’s on like this till I get the flashing + and - I’ve removed HomePod from home app and removed it from iCloud but makes no difference
