Why don’t I have the option to enable Trust Certificates?

I went to settings> general> about> Certificate Trust Settings.

This brings up a screen that lists 2 things:

Trust Store Version #####,

Trust Asset Version #####

Below that is link “learn more about trusted certificates”.

That link brings me to a support.apple page titled “Available trusted root certificates for Apple operating systems”

So why is there absolutely NO option for me to enable trusted certificates?! And how do I fix this so I can enable them?
