Incorrect billling

I want a refund. I have placed an order for iPhone 13 mini, I was billed immediately, but then the order was declined and I didn't get a refund. What do to?

If you ordered it via Apple Online Shop, please contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service .

In all other circumstances, contact the Authorized Reseller.
