The scammers hacked my icloud

I was selling my phone, a girl responded to the ad and asked me to check if contacts were saved after logging in through her icloud. She tricked me and blocked icloud. Requires money to unlock. I have all the data that I am the owner of the phone, I have documents, a box, a number, correspondence with a scammer.
