“Mail” not listed on the “My Watch” on my iPhone. Therefore, it seems impossible to get my mail back on my I watch where it used to be! Any suggestions?

On your iPhone, under the My Watch section (bottom left)...if you scroll down you'll see all the Apple apps, starting with Activity, App Store....etc. Are you saying Mail doesn't appear in that list?
