Network preferences error

My Mac turned of wifi by itself and shows network preference error. I restarted the device and turned out several times and don't work. I used the safe mode but was the same. Help me please!!!

There was an error in Network Preferences Mac book air there is an network error preference. I cannot access the Wi-fi. the toggle switch is stuck in off position. when I open system preference, network,, then ckick Wi-Fi which is Off - a pop up box appears with Preference Error There was an error in Metwork preferences please 🙏 can you help

Is wifi greyed out? Then this is a hardware issue with your Mac. Please Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service
