Apple Music not working

I try to add and delete music from Apple Music and it won’t allow me to. What do I do to resolve this?

Windows, Windows 10

Close the app and force restart:


Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch – Apple Support (AU)

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (AU)


If that doesn't help offload the app and download it again.
