Trying to change Admin on my iMac. I tried by reseting It now its not letting me log on

I received a new iMac Air, Tried submitting a new name for admin user. It didn't give me a option. It asked me to reset & & Turn off device. Now it won't load all the way through for me to gain access.

Brand new Macs do not come with any users ... admin or otherwise. They start up to the initial setup screen where you choose all users.


If yours came with users, it's a used machine and it was not properly prepared by the seller; you should take it back and demand he/she make it right.
