Why Pakistani banks not add on in apple wallet?

I m from pakistan . I wants to ur appple wallet in pakistan .but no pakistani bank card adding.. so help me what i do

Apple Pay is not currently supported in Pakistan. No one here in this user-to-user forum would know the reason.
