AirPods Pro sound issue

My AirPods Pro (left) has cracking noises, which is known to Apple (that has been posted), however Apple refused to do anything about it. What should I do?

“they do not fall into the service program” is the way how Apple gets off its responsibilities, is that right?

If your AirPods have already been examined by Apple and the decision was that they do not fall into the service program or AppleCare+ there is nothing we can do to change that decision. Your best option is probably to consider purchasing a replacement unit. Spare parts are available through the site at AirPods Repair & Service - Apple Support
