Using Apple Music on airplane

Hi all, I know this topic has been discussed in the past, but solutions written here still aren't working for me. I'm using iPhone 14 Pro (purchased earlier this year), I have Apple Music subscription, and 8000+ songs on my phone, many of which I've already paid for. I've created a bunch of playlists as well, some with mixes of songs I stream and some that I've purchased.

Here's the situation: While on wifi or cell, Apple Music works fine and everything is good. When I'm on airplane mode and no wifi, no song plays; every song is grayed out, even the songs I've purchased. I've noticed that my full name appears below Playlist name, but it's not the same name as I've chosen under Apple ID setting (same email though). I have no idea how my name appears on the Apple Music app? Could the two names be the cause?

Limnos, thanks for the response, but that doesn't really address the problem, and it means I need to plan ahead, which I don't do well. Plus I've already tried to play music I already own, but the songs are grayed out.
