When I delete a email from my iPhone 13 it does not delete from my iPads

When I delete a email from my iPhone 13 it does not delete from my iPads

If your email is a POP account, that is the way it works. With an IMAP account, actions sync across devices. If you delete an email on any device, it is deleted everywhere.
