You do not say what exact MacBook Pro(?) 2016-2019 butterfly keyboard had known problematic issues to begin with;

this changed with the revised "magic" scissors keyboard

Professionally cleaned they would do the same with compressed air...

Keyboards are not repaired they are replaced.

I think you're ok. But I would have vacuumed the salt up, pulling it out, rather than compressed air, possible blowing some salt crystals in deeper.
