Apple ID disabled

There is a issue with my Apple ID . I’m not able to download anything from the App Store. I have been facing this problem ever since and now it’s just like not working yet . I tried changing my Apple ID as well but still my Apple ID has been disabled in the App Store

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
