Cannot Connect to App Store?

I am unable to connect to the Apple App Store from my Ventura 13.4.1 MacBook Pro.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.12

Have you checked to make sure your wifi is working on the Mac? Please verify that your wifi is actually working by trying apple.com on a new window, and see if the page loads?
