How can I add my Greek VAT No in the invoices

I'd like to know if there's a way to have my Greek VAT No on the invoices for Tax return.

And if there is a way to receive the invoice in pdf format so that I can forward to my accounant.

You best check with the tax authorities in your country; Apple follows all local laws, but I doubt that includes listing a VAT number unless required by the authorities.
