my airpod pro (A2084) has static noise and sometimes no sound on left ear piece when noise cancellation and transparency is active. How to fix it.

I took my AirPodsPro A2084 after what was recommended to the Apple Store today. They confirmed that I did have a problem with the left side pod and it would cost me $80 + Not happy about it because many are having the same issues and they are obviously aware of it. I pleaded my case, hopefully they will stand by their product and replace or fix at no charge.

After finding this, I reset my AirPods Pro (model A2084) and that seems to have cleared the scratchy noise that people on the other end of the call reported hearing. Thank you.
