How do I re-order my desktop widgets without having to drag?

I have a large number of widgets (over 10), meaning the mini-items that are revealed when I click the time in the macOS menu bar. I struggle with dragging them into the order that I want them to display, especially when I add a new one. Is there a way to re-order them without having to drag?

Steps:

  1. Click the time in the menu bar
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Click Edit Widgets
  4. Choose to add a new widget.
  5. Click a widget to add
  6. Click done
  7. ???? (I'm seeking something to move the new widget up to where I want it to appear in the widget sequence, but that doesn't involve dragging, preferably something I can do using only the keyboard)

Does what I seek exist for the last step?

You either have to drag them in the order you want or open them in the order you want.
