Why won’t my Alexa play Apple Music even if it’s already linked?

I set it up and everything unlinked and linked multiple times and it keeps saying to play Apple Music enable the skill

Is there any fix to get Alexa to play Apple music? I followed all necessary instructions on the apple website to link my Bose 500 to my Apple music successfully. However, Alexa responses "Apple Music is not supported on this device". It is linked fine in the Alexa App but wont even have Apple music options under the play tab. Does Apple have some restriction in playing music on Bose devices? Is there any known fix for this?

Alexa does not recognize playlists on Apple Music This started about a week or two ago and I have not been able to fix it. Amazon states that it is an issue with Apple, since they are the developer. The issue is Alexa not recognizing any of my playlists on Apple Music. The Alexa will say it can’t find [name of playlist] but when telling the Alexa to play a specific song, it will play it from Apple Music since it is set as my default music platform in the Alexa app settings. I have done every troubleshooting step I can, unlink the Apple Music skill, I have waited up to 24 hours to link the skill again, I have unplugged all my Alexa devices, reset the devices, and the skill will not work. Music is really important to me, so I’m posting here in hopes that someone higher up will see this and can work on the issue.

Apple Music on Alexa Amazon Hi everyone, I have tried on numerous occasions to link Apple Music to Alexa and it says the skill is no longer available. I have updated both the Alexa and apple app and followed all the instructions.Does anyone know if Apple Music is still available on Alexa
