bulk transfer of emails from one isp to another isp

I have been using a particular ISP for some years, and am now transferring to Gmail, through Apple Mail. There are several hundred emails I need to transfer to the new Gmail account. Can you advise how this can be done in bulk, as opposed to forwarding them one by one? This would apply to my iphone and my macBookPro.

gmail block such behavoir to fight off spammers mail from their account, if it was me then I would contact them and inquire into how many mails you can send a day

if it was me then I would connect the mail account to a computer mail client and download all mails and then export them from the mail account to a file and import them into the new mail client
