Error messages Family Sharing

I’m trying to activate Family Sharing, but everytime I press on continue button I receive the message “There was a server error creating your account. Please try again later.” And another one in my home language what says, “cannot perform operation. Apple support is curently working on this, but no solution yet. Does anyone have seen this before? And solved?

I did reach out to Apple support on Thursday already.

They couldn’t solve it on the phone and forwarded the ticket to other departments (I think).

Till today no response.

Meanwhile I’ve discovered that the problem must be in my Apple-ID, because I’ve tried it with another Apple-ID on the same devices and that works. Don’t know what’s wrong with my ID that causes this problem.
